She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gerald DeMotto and Mary Elizabeth DeMotto; her spouse Thomas Whitehead; and her siblings, Jerry DeMotto, Jimmy DeMotto and Johnny DeMotto.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Whitehead, Steven Whitehead and Jeffery Whitehead; her sister Mary Jean Brown; and her grandchildren, Raven Whitehead, Jeffery Whitehead and Trace Whitehead.
