She was predeceased by: her parents, Coleman L. Hucks and Irene Absher Hucks; her former husband Louis Metts; and her husband George M. Kyzer. She is survived by: her children, Martha Davis (Jody), Connie Purinton (Gary) and Steven L. Metts (Laura); her grandchildren, Lindsey Galloway (Grayson), Abby Morris (Dillon), Katie Parrish (Phillip), Gracie Wilson (Zachary), Sarah Dunne (Tyler), Nathan Alderman and Michael Metts; and her great grandchildren, Norah, Hunter, Quinn Galloway, Parker and Macy Morris.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel (606 Beaty St, Conway, SC 29526). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (1000 SC-544, Conway, SC 29526).
