He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Frazier and Elsie Vickers Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Frazier; his daughters, Chris Frazier Walling and Kimberly Frazier Bacola; his grandchildren, Lily Bacola, Grant Bacola, William Walling and Mary Catherine Stacy (Austin); and his great grandchild Mark Christopher Stacy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
