He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Powell Molnar and John Andrew Molnar. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Madzy Molnar; his children, Dr. John T. Molnar, Jr. (late Chris) and Lori Schafer (Bob); his granddaughter Jessica Molnar Reed (Davis Reed); and his great grandchild Casey Reed.
