He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Ginger Mullins of Kissimmee, FL and Michael Mullins of Myrtle Beach, SC.; and his siblings, Rae Mullins (Ruth) of Kingsport, TN, Joe Mullins Bristol (Becky) and Jane Price of Bristol.
