It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Patterson of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ibra Eugene Patterson and Janie Agnes Garrett Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Rogers Patterson; his daughters, Adrina Patterson and Marsha Johnson; his son-in-law Paul Johnson; his grandchildren, Leslie Johnson-Sheehan, Michelle Suddeth, Paul Wesley Johnson (Lauren Johnson), Neba Johnson and Precious; his great grandchildren, Jack, Charlie, Trip and Cora; his sister Beverly Vickery (Jerry Vickery); his sister-in-law Jerry Ann Crenshaw Patterson; and his nieces and nephews, Sara, Joanna, Jim, Chris and Rick.
