He is survived by: his wife Mary Waz (Musmerci); his brother Edward Waz (Sally) of Pleasant Valley; his niece Debra Rubino of Pawling; his children, Christine Kizer (Jamie) of Myrtle Beach and Leonard Waz (Danielle) of Tivoli; and his grandchildren, Carson Thomas Kizer, Madelyn Delaney Kizer, Blakeley Claire Waz and Logan Leonard Waz.
