She was predeceased by : her parents, Betty Benton Moser of Winston-Salem and William John Bailey of Winston-Salem; her grandparents, George, Grace Benton of Winston-Salem and Dorothy Bailey of Camden, NJ; and her nephew Mark Formby of Winston-Salem.

She is survived by : her husband David Chaney; her son Thomas Daniel Webster (Leslie Webster) of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Christian Avery Smith, Chloe Johnsen, Ginny Johnsen and Knightly Webster; her sister Becky Formby (Bud Formby); and her niece Kim Carraway of Winston-Salem.
