With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Neil Phillips (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), born in Morgantown, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 4, 2026 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his father Ernest L. Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Carter; his sister Julie Mortimer; and his niece Nicky Mortimer of Myrtle Beach.
