He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester F. Short and May W. Short. He is survived by: his wife Lilly M. Short; his children, Lori A. Short and Eric "Rick" L Short (Stacey Short); his grandchildren, Garrett, Amber, Austin and Lana; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Kohl and Journee.
