She was predeceased by: her parents, James Livingstone and Hazel G Younkin Livingstone. She is survived by: her sons, Craig W. Phillips (Terri) and James M. Phillips; and her grandchildren, Michael C. Phillips, Jennifer Phillips Jacobs (Chad) and Samantha Phillips Norris (Aaron). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
