He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee LeMaster and Lillie Mae Sinclair LeMaster; his wife Dianne Chalk LeMaster; and his sisters, Joyce LeMaster Pierce and Nancy LeMaster Hyder.

He is survived by: his daughters, Leigh Ann LeMaster Yoxtheimer (William Gregory Poston), Amy LeMaster Boozer (Timothy Edwin Boozer, Jr.) and Amanda LeMaster Anthony (Tyler Lee Anthony); his grandchildren, Jennifer Boozer Lathrop (Kendall Scott Lathrop), Jessica Boozer Bedenbaugh (Corey Todd Bedenbaugh), Mattie Rose Boozer, Emily Kathryn Yoxtheimer, Austin Tyler Anthony and Ava Langley Anthony; his great grandchildren, Jackson Scott Lathrop and Carter James Lathrop; and his siblings, Rosa McDade Estes and Harold Eugene LeMaster (Patti).

Despite being a die-hard USC Gamecock fan, one of his favorite contributions was supporting the Coastal Carolina University Athletic Foundation in honor of his wife and family.
