She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bradley Springs and Alicia Eulalee Carter Springs (Carnaggio); her son Julian L. Johnson Jr.; and her brother William D. Springs (Jack L. Springs) of Wilmington, N. C.. She is survived by: her stepfather Anthony C. Carnaggio; her daughter-in-law Diane Rea (Bob) of Lugoff, S. C.; her granddaughters, Jenniffer Lynn Johnson (Brent) of Lugoff, S. C., Jean Marie Merritts of Georgetown, S. C. and Joy Lea Pack (Bobby) of Georgetown, S. C.; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson, Benjamin Johnson, Cody Howard, Amber Rea Pack and Bobby Lee Pack III.
