It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Antis Bennett of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Antis Sr. and Katharina Frieden Antis; and her siblings, Susanna Howard, Frances Antis, Katharina Ross, John Frieden and Franz Antis.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Bennett; and her siblings, Stefan Antis Jr. (Elinor), Josef Antis (Carolyn), Michael Antis (Michelle), Frieda Cales (Jack) and Anna Bryant (Collis). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to The Socastee Family Worship Center Missions Program, Hospice, or to a charity of one's choice.
