He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Ouellette (Labutis) and Nelson Ouellette. He is survived by: his significant other Jean Ouellette (Weber); his sisters, Marge Motto (Phil) and Denise Trentalange (Joe); his niece Christine Gagnon; and his friends, Mike Peck, Ricky Nyborg and Allyn Onisto. He is also survived by nephew and Stephen Motto, many cousins.
