She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Thompson and Mack Brown; her sons, Lynwood Gadson, Benjamin Gadson and Jahsiri Moyenda (Chris) of Myrtle Beach; her siblings, John Brown, James Brown, Abraham Brown of Georgetown, Margrett Thompson Vereen of Myrtle Beach, Shirley Myers of Georgetown, Aleathin McZeke of Georgetown and Marie Brown of Georgetown; and her grandchildren, Daja Sherron and Nyru Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Gadson and Timothy Gadson (Sissy) of Myrtle Beach; her cousin Mosela Johnson (Bobby) of Georgetown; and her friend Deacon John King. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
