He is survived by: his father Donald Wheeler (Janet); his wife Donna Gale Stamper Wheeler; his children, Patrick Wheeler, Jeri Wheeler and Kristen Oliveira (Diogo); his siblings, Christine Wozniak (Ignatius), Jeffery Wheeler (Lori) and David Wheeler; and his stepsiblings, Kevin Scanlin (Terri), Debra Doub (Troy), Kelly Robinson and Mary Garced (Leon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
