He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lickfeld and Helen Lickfeld (Mozdzier); and his brother-in-law Gary Lauder. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Lickfeld; his children, Matthew Ralph Lickfeld (Rachel) and Amanda Lickfeld (Dennis Lawlor); his pets, Bubba, Bandit, Coletrain and Annabelle; his sister Mary Lou Laettner (Francis); and his brother-in-law Robert Schmidt (Marlene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
