It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milton Keith Byrd of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Lake City, South Carolina, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Brasington Byrd and Hurbert Byrd; and his sisters, Shirley and Frances. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Byrd; his sons, Thomas Keith Byrd (Sandie Niethammer) of Ann Arbor, MI and Patrick Donald Byrd (Elaine) of Huntington, WV; his siblings, Donald Byrd of Hartsville, SC, Alan Byrd of Greenville, SC and Gail Gray (Bob) of Coward, SC; and his grandchildren, Tabitha, Timothy, Thomas, Jonathan, Greta, Hannah, Bryan, Nicole and John Patrick. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
The family has requested that memorial donations be made in Milton's name to the South Strand Assembly of God, 3507 US-17 BUS, Murrells Inlet, SC 2957.
