She is survived by: her mother Jewel Coates; her daughter Na'Jae Maliyyah Coates Alderman (Stacy Alderman); her siblings, Khamiysha Coates and Jamal Coates; her partner Stacy Alderman; her stepdaughters, Stacy and Destiny; her cousins, Artie Hall, Jr., Lorie H., Safiyyah A. and Aljathiyyah W; her close friends, Sade Keyton and Serena Williams; and her sisters, Latoya Bridges and Devin Bridges. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
