He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Bennett and Freda M. Bennett (Nagle); and his siblings, Ted, William (Bud) and Betty.

He is survived by: his children, Alice (Norman Farmer), Christopher (Laurie) and Daniel (Kerri); and his grandsons, Thomas Farmer, Jensen Farmer and Phillip Bennett.
