He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hightower and Ann Orene Hightower. He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Hightower of Myrtle Beach, SC; his children, Tyler Hightower of San Francisco, CA and Madison Jo Hightower of Raleigh, NC; his brother Kenneth Hightower (Mary Lou) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his niece Juliet Stock of Bettendorf, IA; his sister Faye Hightower (William Potter); and his nieces, Laura Bosch of Saint Helens, OR and Christy Wolfe of Spencer, IN..
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Orren's name to the American Legion Post 178, 3950 US-17 Bus, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
