He was predeceased by: his father Paul Douglas Green; his grandparents, Joe Norman Parker, Paul and Evelyn Davis Green; his great-grandparents, Marie Apple Parker, Julius Welborn Parker, Myrtle Wray Thomas and Lewis Sample Thomas; his uncles, Joe Norman "Skipper" Parker and Walter Franklin Green; and his close friend Blair Truesdale.

He is survived by: his mother Julie Parker Green; his grandparents, Phyllis T. Green of Stokesdale, Dean of Greensboro and Marilyn Green of Greensboro; his siblings, Gillian Green Pauley of Summerville, Jonathan Green (Katlyn Sellers) of Myrtle Beach and Dillon Green of Myrtle Beach; his nephews, Lathan Pauley of Summerville and Sullivan Douglas Green of Myrtle Beach; and his aunts, Lynn Morgan of Greensboro, NC. and Sherri Stewart (Jay) of Greensboro, NC..
