She was predeceased by: her parents, Roselma Provencal and Virgil Provencal; and her brother Roger Provencal. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Gauthier of Myrtle Beach; her children, Eric Gauthier (Karen) of Sun Lakes, Arizona and Michelle Keithline (Frank) of Scituate, Massachusetts.; her grandchildren, Daniel Gauthier (Briana), Jonathan Gauthier, Christopher Keithline and Samantha Mott (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Nora and Wyatt Gauthier; her sister-in-law Joanne Provencal of Washington Township; and her brothers, Thomas Provencal (Marilyn) of Inverness and Donald Provencal (Cathy) of Cromwell. She is also survived by extended family of cherished in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Patricia's honor.
