She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Horton and Bud Horton; and her sister Joella. She is survived by: her husband Basile Kartsaklis (Bill); her children, Bryan Byork (Ashley) of Tacoma, WA, Randi Scherer (Nick) of Washington, NC and Michael Byork of Longs, SC; and her sister Joan Mollet (Dale). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
