“Col. Pete was a joy to work with! You could always hear his voice and his laugh, anywhere on our floor. He loved people and always offered not only professional counseling, but assistance in ANY WAY he could in the lives of his co-workers (each of whom he considered a friend.) He taught me a great management tool - to take any idea we had and sit on it for 7 days. If it was still a good idea after 7 days, maybe we'd pursue it. So all my ideas never materialized, which I think was his goal!”
