He was predeceased by: his parents, Bayliss Larkin Spivey and Eugenia Wood Norton Spivey; and his wife Karen Watts Spivey. He is survived by: his brothers, James Norton Spivey of Orlando and Bayliss Larkin Spivey Jr. of Myrtle Beach.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach (3810 Robert M Grissom Pkwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.
