He is survived by: his wife Cathy Gallagher Belanger; his children, Terri Belanger Bryant of Northern Virginia and Michael A. Belanger (Candace) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Madison, Mylee, Savannah and Blake.
