He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Charles Mills Sr. and Birdie Camille Mills; and his wife Evelyn Ruth Mills. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Scrogham (James) of Martinsville, IN, David Mills of Martinsville, IN and Doug Mills (Laura) of Mechanicsville, MD; his niece Jennifer Price (Andrew) of Wilmington, NC; and his siblings, William (Bubby) and Frances Reamy (Sissy) of California, MD.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
