He was predeceased by: his parent Bernyce Tippett. He is survived by: his wife Janet Tippett of Myrtle Beach; his sons, Mitch Tippett of Myrtle Beach, Matt Tippett (Susie) of Gastonia, NC and Greg Tippett of Lake Wylie, SC; and his grandchildren, Grady, Henry, Harrison, Curren, William and Macon. He is also survived by extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.
