Roger Lee Woodard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Lee Woodard of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Woodard and Mary Cooper Woodard; his brother-in-law Johnny Piatt; his wife Janet Clore Woodard of Myrtle Beach; his sons, Dr. Charles "Chip" Woodard (Erin) of Cary, NC, Hunter Woodard and Allison Kinney of Harrisonburg, VA; and his brothers, James Woodard (Carolyn) of Fredericksburg, VA, John "Chuckie" Woodard (Dale) of Fredericksburg, VA and Harold Woodard of Fredericksburg, VA. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins; a large loving extended family, and many supportive friends and neighbors.
