He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Mary (Troy Alwine) and Tina Azemopoulos; his grandchildren, Nicole (Neal Martin), Brianna Threewitt, Bailey Edwards and Jared Azemopoulos; and his great grandchild Jack Martin.
