She was predeceased by: her father Claude C. Wise, Sr.; her husband James E. Franklin; her son Glen Russell McCoy; and her brother Claude C. Wise, Jr. (Sandra). She is survived by: her children, Kenneth McCoy of Socastee, SC, Lori Patrick (Wyman) of Lexington, SC, Laura Obi, Leigh Albers of Columbia, SC and Lisa Michaelis (Joe) of Prosperity, SC.; and her brother Jerome G. Wise of Marion, SC. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 3 nephews.
