Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sarah Mae Hughes (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), who passed away at the age of 84, on July 13, 2025. She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Ross; her siblings, Marlene Ross Perkins and Jerry Ross; and her stepfather Joseph McKolanis. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Walker Ross; her husband James Hughes; her daughters, Kim Wanson (Tom) of DuBois, PA, Cynthia Kelly (Mark) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Sarah Lundgren (John) of Winchester, VA; and her grandchildren, Cindy Haag (Andy), Damian Jenney (Mandy), Julia Pringle, Catie Lundgren, Zachary Lundgren (Chelsea) and Zane Lundgren. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and twin great-great grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Forestbrook Baptist Church (2051 Forestbrook Rd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
