He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Leroy Smith and Marion Frey Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kohl Smith; his children, Perian Foss (Eric), Bryn Smith, Damian Smith (Nicole), Jared Smith (Suga), Kieran Smith (Sarah) and Sean Smith; and his brother Joel Smith (Gail). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McMillan-Small Funeral Home (910 67th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572).
