She was predeceased by: her father Cecil Settlemyer. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Settlemyer; her husband Jimmy Hooks; her daughter Abby Perkins (Jeremy) of Hampstead, NC.; and her sister Pam Burgess (Scott).
