She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Harkin Penley Jr. (Buck) and Rowena Donkle Penley Jones. She is survived by: her son Joseph Richard Dial (Joyce); her grandchildren, Jake Joseph Dial, Lynleigh Dial and Hayden Paul Dial; her sister Dixie Grey Penley; her nieces, Krystal Anne Pertsch (Todd) and Heather Pertsch Grindle (Merlin); her stepfather Alvin Jones (Gene); and her sister Bonnie Penley Pertsch.
