Susie left this world on July 25, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Susie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Susie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Boyd and Bertha Jane Haley Freeman; her husband Buster Parker; and her son Jack Parker. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kit Parker; and her children, Deborah Meyers (Scott) and Joel Parker (Mindy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burroughs Funeral Home (688 Beauty Spot Rd E, Bennettsville, SC 29512). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
