He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Ladd; and his brother-in-law Joshua Salins. He is survived by: his wife Candace; his children, Melissa (Jaden), Preston and Brayden; his grandmother Jean Kemp; his brothers, John Ladd (Wendy), Chris Ladd, Brock Ladd and Daniel Gilmore; and his in-laws, Pam and Steve Salins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.

In his final act of generosity, Terry gave the gift of life through organ donation.
