He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Foley Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Jack, Grace and Quinn; his sisters, Katy Gallagher (Shaun) and Lisa; and his close friend Bruno. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
