He is survived by: his mother Lana Kay Miller; his daughters, Hannah Isaacs (Steven), Brooke Miller (Tyler Lake) and Mckenzie K. Miller; his grandchildren, Mylah, Steven Isaacs and Gabriella; his siblings, Shawn A. Miller and Rhonda G. Neal; his nephews, John David Neal (Stephanie) and Jacob Miller; his niece Courtney Maier (Michael); his friend Jeff Smith; his great-nephew Samuel Maier; and his great-nieces, Adalynn and Lacie Neal. He is also survived by his family, extended family, and friends.
