He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sr. and Norma; his stepfather Grover; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Margie White.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Martin; his daughters, Melissa Canter (Jen), Christina Bowman (Danny) and Amanda McCloskey (Tim); his grandchildren, Joey, Ashley Canter, Sarah, DJ Bowman, Brycen and Carter McCloskey; and his siblings, Cliff, Vance, Roger and Del.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Amazing Grace Lutheran Church (2240 Carolina Forest Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Patuxent River (18405 Queens Ct, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774).
