He is survived by: his wife Maureen Pflugbeil (Kiernan); his children, Todd W. Pflugbeil (Brenda), Glenn L. Pflugbeil and Kyle H. Pflugbeil (Kathy); his grandchildren, Kailah Walsh (Pflugbeil), Tylor Pflugbeil, Lauren Pflugbeil, Madison Pflugbeil and Alexander Pflugbeil; his sisters, Patricia Bartkowski and Shirley DiMauro; and his nephews, Ronald Bosco (Lynn), Keith Bosco (Nancy), Brian Bosco (Lori), Scott Bosco (Lisa), Michael Tosatti (Penelope), Thomas (Leslie), James Tosatti, Christopher DiMauro (Kristin) and Dan DiMauro.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in William's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
