He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Ann Garcia; his grandchildren, Wyllis Landon Spillars, Marisa Ann Smith (Harold), Ismael T. Garcia Jr. (Dorothy), Kyler Gene Spillars, Mason Wyllis Garcia (Josie) and Kara Rose Spillars; his great grandchildren, Harold D. Atkinson Jr. and Wyllow Grace Spillars; and his brothers, Larry Spillars and J. D. Tally. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
