It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Windell Gable of Neeses, South Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Ray Gable and Gracie C. Shumpert Gable; his wife Betty Gable; and his brothers, Donnie Ray Gable, JD Gable, Henry Gable and Stanley Gable.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Gable, Chad Gable, Robert Gable and Sharon Boltin; and his brother Bobby Gable. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (150 Hi-Cotton Ln, Springfield, SC 29146). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (150 Hi-Cotton Ln, Springfield, SC 29146).
