She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Williams-Neal; her husband Robert Brooks; her children, James Edward Seay III (Elysia), Tyree Malik Howard and Tierra Diamonique Howard; her stepchildren, Raphael Goodwin, Keonda Goodwin, Ashley Graves and Henterio Johnson; her brothers, Christopher Lee Neal (Ellen), Jimmie Lee Neal (Valerie) and Odysseus Neal; her mother-in-law Sibble Brooks; and her granddaughters, Kennedi Sanders, Janiya Seay and Sayge Howard. She is also survived by seventeen step-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
