We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2025, at the age of 79, Keith Phillips of Neeses, South Carolina passed away. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt E. Phillips and Esther Pearl Davis Phillips; and his siblings, Shelby Timon, Lynn Iris Smith, Gayle Phillips, Hoyt "Sonny Boy" Phillips, Jr. and Kenneth Phillips.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy G. Phillips; his son Kelvin Phillips (Vicki); his sister Barbara Usher; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Jowers (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Folk Funeral Home (17536 Heritage Hwy, Denmark, SC 29042). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Neeses United Methodist Church (6349 Savannah Hwy, Livingston, SC 29107). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Neeses Cemetery (471 Henry Rd, Neeses, SC 29107).
