She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanch Dennis and John William Felker; her husband Joe H. Chappell; and her siblings, Ellie Halfacre, Mary Helen Slice and John Felker.
She is survived by: her sons, John Chappell (Deanne Sweet) and David Chappell; her grandchildren, Logan Chappell, Blake Chappell and Danielle Chappell Sligh (Dylan); her great grandchild Adalynn Sligh; her sister Ernestine Chaplin (Tommy); her nephew Kent Chaplin (Holly); and her nieces, Brande Fanara (Anthony) and Sandy Price.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
