She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Sammie Goodwin; and her parents, Mamie Glasgow Boyd and Reverend Brady C. Boyd.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the F. B. Pratt & Son Funeral Home (601 South St, Newberry, SC 29108). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gethsemane Baptist Church (443 99 Rd, Blair, SC 29015).
