He is survived by: his mother Nora Lee Glymph Sims of Newberry, SC; his son James Kelly Wadsworth; his grandchildren, Quateria Wadsworth, Dynisty Wadsworth, Kellionna Wadsworth, Mia Wadsworth, Nadia Wadsworth, Kason Wadsworth, Karon Gary, Logan Wadsworth and Kaevion Eigner; his great grandchild Naylan Booker; his siblings, Mischele Trapp (Charles) of Blair, SC, Geraldine Kibler (Willie) of Newberry, SC, Willie James Sims Jr. (Martha) of Newberry, SC and Melvin Sims of Newberry, SC; his brother-in-law James Clyde Suber of Silverstreet, SC; his aunts, Sarah Glasgow (Henry) of Columbia, SC and Evelyn Ruth Marshall of Columbia, SC; and his close friend Mary Wicker Sims. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
